Dr. Olalekan Ajayi President & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Olalekan Ajayi, DNP, MSN, CRNP, PMHNP-BC, is the Founder, President, and CEO of Legacy Aspire Healthcare, Inc. With over 18 years of healthcare experience, including more than 10 years in psychiatry, he is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families through compassionate, person-centered mental health care and rehabilitation services.
As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Ajayi has extensive experience serving diverse populations across outpatient clinics, community settings, hospitals, correctional facilities, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. His clinical expertise includes comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, medication management, treatment planning, and care coordination for children, adolescents, and adults.
Through Legacy Aspire Healthcare, Dr. Ajayi is committed to empowering individuals facing mental health challenges by providing high-quality Mental Health Management Services and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services. His vision is to help clients build resilience, develop life skills, achieve greater independence, and reach their full potential in their communities.
Dr. Ajayi earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University and his Doctor of Nursing Practice and advanced psychiatric nursing degrees from Walden University. He is licensed in Maryland and works alongside a dedicated team focused on delivering evidence-based, recovery-oriented care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Dr. Ajayi enjoys spending time with his family, reading, mentoring others, and supporting initiatives that strengthen individuals and communities.
Ifedolapo Ajayi Administrative Director
Ifedolapo Ajayi serves as the Administrative Director of Legacy Aspire Healthcare, Inc., where she oversees daily operations and administrative functions to ensure clients and their families receive exceptional support and a seamless experience throughout their care journey. Known for her strong leadership, organizational expertise, and interpersonal skills, she plays a vital role in fostering a welcoming, efficient, and client-centered environment.
With a strong background in cybersecurity and information technology, Ifedolapo is committed to protecting sensitive client information and maintaining the highest standards of privacy, security, and HIPAA compliance. She oversees administrative systems and operational processes that support the organization’s mission of delivering quality mental health and rehabilitation services.
Ifedolapo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology. Also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She earned her Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management and Policy from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree to further expand her ability to support individuals, families, and communities served by Legacy Aspire Healthcare.
Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Ifedolapo enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She is passionate about service, lifelong learning, and helping others achieve their fullest potential.
